Great service for the Orlando area! Yoga at Eola is fun, free (but really you should donate), and well organized. Every Sunday at 11am hundreds of Orlandoans gather for our own version of weekly worship. The instructors are great and the location can’t be beat — at least, this time of year.

Line Dancing Class

LAKESIDE PILATES IN THE GARDENS – SELF-CARE SUNDAY

Join us for a Pilates mat class surrounded by the beautiful nature of Leu Gardens. You will be guided through exercises that focus on strengthening the core and developing the body uniformly, improving flexibility and balance. This mind/body workout will enhance your breathing and body awareness, leaving you feeling long, lifted, and aligned. The class will be suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, exercises can be modified for different abilities and preferences. Ages 13 and up are welcome.

Self-care Sunday is a dedicated day to prioritize your mental, physical, and emotional well-being to rest and recharge for the upcoming week.

Ease into your evening with a welcoming, all-levels yoga class led by Willow Marcotte. Move, stretch, breathe, and balance at your own pace, with supportive options to keep it gentle or explore more. Poses can be practiced on a mat or even from a chair, making the class accessible and adaptable for all.

Beginner Archery

June 20th, 2026

Learn the basics of archery under the guidance of certified instructors! We welcome repeat participants and do our best to customize each class based on the skill and experience levels of the participants. Chinsegut will provide all equipment. No outside equipment is allowed. Ages 8+ are invited to participate in this session. Children who participate must have a parent or guardian present. Parents/guardians may be asked to assist their children. Program length is 1.5 hours.

Limited spots are available and advanced registration is required. Click on ‘Register” above to begin.

**Please only register those who plan to participate. For example, if you are a parent or guardian of a child who wishes to participate, but you yourself do not want to participate, please only register the child with your contact information. 

It’s recommended that participants wear close-toed shoes and bring water to stay hydrated.

LAKESIDE YOGA – SUMMER SOLSTICE

Celebrate the longest day of the year with a beginner friendly yoga class overlooking Lake Rowena at beautiful Leu Gardens. The Summer Solstice marks a time of light, growth and renewal, a beautiful moment to pause, breath and reconnect with yourself and nature. The practice will focus on opening the heart, grounding the body and welcoming the season ahead with intention and flexibility. You will leave relaxed and renewed.

All are welcome from beginners to those with a practice for years. Each participant will receive a small heart to remind them of their intention for the season. Please bring water and a yoga mat.

PulseFactor Cardio

A rhythm-based cardiovascular training program designed to improve heart health, coordination, stamina, and movement flow for adults of all fitness levels. Registration is recommended.

PulseFactor? Cardio is a structured, music-driven cardiovascular class that blends rhythmic movement with purposeful exercise to elevate heart rate, improve coordination, and enhance overall stamina.
Participants move through low- to moderate-impact patterns that can be adjusted for intensity and complexity, making the class accessible to beginners while still engaging for more active participants. Emphasis is placed on smooth transitions, controlled pacing, and sustained movement rather than high-impact choreography.

This class is ideal for adults seeking enjoyable, heart-healthy movement that supports longevity, energy, and everyday performance

MoveFactor Strength Foundations

A functional strength and stability program designed to improve balance, posture, joint integrity, and real-life movement mechanics for adults of all fitness levels. Registration is recommended. 

MoveFactor? Strength is a structured functional strength class focused on building balance, stability, and movement confidence through controlled, purposeful exercise.

Participants train fundamental movement patterns such as squatting, stepping, lifting, carrying, and reaching?using bodyweight, resistance tools, and guided progressions appropriate for individual ability levels.

This class is ideal for adults seeking to move better, build strength safely, and improve performance in daily life, work, and recreational activities.
